SnipRepo provides free, client-side utilities for image conversion, cropping, and audio trimming. Tools are offered "as is" for personal and commercial use subject to the limitations below.

2. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the files you process. You must have the legal right to convert, edit, or distribute any media you load into the tools. Do not use SnipRepo to infringe copyrights, trademarks, or privacy rights.

3. No Warranty

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free output, or compatibility with every file variant. Large HEIC batches or exotic audio codecs may fail depending on browser capabilities.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SnipRepo and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site, including data loss or corrupted exports. Always keep backups of originals.

5. Intellectual Property

The website design, branding, and editorial content are owned by SnipRepo. Open-source libraries used in the browser retain their respective licenses.

6. Modifications

We may update these terms or discontinue features at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable local laws where the operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
